Law Enforcement Court
Representation of the Public Interest is listed as a project in Chapter 29 of A Better Organization. It is explained in Chapter 28. Namely, "In spite of our desire to assure the representation of the public interest in the channels of governance, we are far from being happy with our achievements in this regard."
Our goal is to look for ways of heightening the representation.
We recognize now that this goal can only be advanced in steps, through a set of projects with specifically defined objectives and deliverables. Law Enforcement Court is one of them.
